Community Doulas of Waco is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving maternal health outcomes across Waco and Mclennan County.

Every Birth Tells a Story!

At Community Doulas of Waco, we believe every mother deserves care, support, and a voice during one of the most important moments of her life. Our doulas provide more than support—we help shape healthier beginnings. With guidance rooted in compassion and evidence-based care, we partner with families to improve birth outcomes, nurture the mother-baby bond, and build strong foundations for the future.

This video highlights just one of the many women whose journey was transformed by having a doula at her side.

Already home with your newborn? We also offer breastfeeding support to help you and your baby start strong.

Concerned about cost? Mothers enrolled in WIC, SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, or Section 8 may qualify for free services—because every mom deserves access to care that leads to healthier births, stronger bonds, and brighter futures.
